[Imc-radio] Stories?

I am hearing lots of silence these days...which is refreshing in our
noisy world, but depressing when it comes to coordinating a radio show
:)

Does anyone have any stories for Monday? Guia has something on the "A
walk in her shoes" homelessness event, which is still in progress, and
may not be ready by Monday. Ondine is working on her next "Good to
know" piece, but that is a few weeks off. Is anyone covering the
circus protest? Would anyone like to interview someone from WEFT
(Mick, Kimberlie, etc.) on the FCC vote and how it will effect
community radio?

Also, the weekend of June 20th (two weeks away) The Milwaukee Branch
of the Industrial Workers of the World will hold "The Midwest
Gathering of the IWW" in Milwaukee, open to wobblies and non-wobblies
alike. The schedule of events is appended, if anyone is interested in
attending. It could be a great radio piece, I think.
