[Imc-radio] Need IMCRN Rep, PC Meeting, Wednesday 7:30pm

I will be in Oregon on 9/22 so I won't make the meeting but don't let
that stop you.

I will also be out of town on 9/17 or else I'd go to the PC meeting.
