[Imc-radio] Re: my version of IMC Radio News Minutes 8-10-2004

Thanks for the correction in the minutes. The CCHC piece completely slipped my mind until after I sent the minutes out. I sent a pdf to the radio IMC list but it is awaiting approval. On it, there are a list of MD recorders we can purchase on the back-market that still have microphone inputs. I am looking into the idea of purchasing a portable dat; however, that would be quite expensive. It might be possible to find someone to match some funds that are raised. It never hurts to ask, I guess. It is true that there was no agreement on coverage of the community wireless forum and media-geek is covering it, so it really isn't a priority. But I had mentioned it at the meeting and there were no objections. There is currently a posting to the IMC website about a Food Not Bombs picnic at Hessel Park on Sunday. I would like to visit and ask some people to talk about the program and-or food aid.

If there is time, I'd like to run Headlines, Soundbite, CCHC, (Food not Bombs), Greg

If anything else comes up please send me a mail.
