[Imc-radio] Important Building Discussions Coming up Next Week

This is an invitation to every IMC member interested in discussing what 
direction we should take in regards to our space needs. There are a 
number of options that need to be sorted through. We will be having a 
formal discussion, and possibly some action taken, at the next Steering 
group meeting on September 2 at 8pm.

Given that this is a complex subject, Danielle and I thought that it 
would be helpful to have pre-discussion before this is taken up at the 
Steering meeting. Thus we invite everyone interested to attend the 
Finance group meeting next Wednesday, September 1 at 7pm to talk about 
all the options. We hope to narrow the list of options somewhat in order 
to facilitate a better focused formal discussion at the next evening's 
Steering meeting.

If at all possible, every working group should send at least one 
representative to the Wed. Finance meeting. Every working group should 
ensure that it will be represented to the greatest extent possible at 
next Thursday's Steering meeting so that we have a quorum to take 
action, if need be, as well as being able to get the fullest and widest 
possible input on any decision.

This is one of the most important decisions we will take as a group. It 
is vitally important for everyone to have their say and now is the time 
to do so. If all all possible, every IMC member should attend at least 
the Sept. 2 Steering meeting so that their concerns are noted.
