[Imc-radio] idea for Scott

I really like the idea of a weekly human rights issue as a drop-in.
I don't however feel that those issues can be produced evergreen.
It may be easier to just frame them so they have a longer shelf-life.

I really appreciate Scott's uploads to the UCIMC website but they are
always at the very bottom of the news feed.  If we aired them as drop-ins
maybe more people would turn to the website and become AWARE of those issues
and all the work he puts into documenting human rights abuses.

On another note, I tried to gather audio today using the half broken MD recorder
and it failed on me.  I can't stand those MD's.  We gotta get a used DAT or I'm
just going tape from now on...

Sandra did you ever get that MD recorder to work with your computer?
