Danielle,
We weren't sure how far out word had gotten.  We know 
that there is a Caravan of 500 people coming up from 
Springfield. M20 is a national (if not global) day of action.  
S.F., Chicago, and NYC have been declared the three 
major convergence cities.  Though of course there will be 
many localized actions planned in conjunction.

As you may know, we took Lake Shore Drive on the 20th, 
which made nat'l news.  word came down the pipe to put 
the kybosh on it, which resulted in 800 false arrests, and 
a lawsuit the city is in the process of losing.  Latest 
development is that a permit to finish the march back 
down on Michigan Ave. has been denied.

is U-C doing something for M20?  if you have anyone who 
decides to come up to chi-town, let us know so we can 
organize.  We've got good photo and video groups, but I 
know we could use help with audio, we're having an audio 
stream for that day...
