[Imc-radio] IMCRadioNews needs and minutes

I can faciliate next week's meeting.  Last weeks show is linked from the 
feature story online.  My suggestion for next Monday's show would be to 
run a debate between Milton Otto (or Tod) and Esther Patt on the at-large 
district issue.  This is a **very** important, obscure issue that the 
press needs to help education the public about.
