[IMCRN Minutes] 2004-11-16
Attendance: Sandra, Sara, Dave

IMCRN Reorganized but still needs your help.

-  Rosa is unable to connect to big on dewey.  Hopefully we can get 
Clint or Zach to fix this.  We need to delete files to free up space so 
we have more time to record on Rosa.  We are down to the last few 
minutes of recording time on our hard drive.  Dave needs to update the 
archive.

-  If IMCRN is going to reach out to more people we need to publicize 
our activities.
Sara Lazare has volunteered as a headlines coordinator and is available 
to do this on Sundays this month.

-  Sandra is looking for people to record events they are interested in 
attending.
She will send out some emails to see who would like to lend a hand.

-  We are going to make the next four shows appeal to a more regional 
audience.  It is hoped that the product at the end of the month could 
be edited down into a demo CD package to extend to other outlets.  We 
are going to make one headline a week appeal to a national audience.  
Dave suggested that headline be approximately 40 seconds in length and 
be on a national issue from a midwest perspective.  Laura will also 
compile her programs and get them ready to be sent to other stations.

-  Sandra will get in touch with Megan about a citizen speak she said 
she was working on and dave will upload this week's show.  Sandra is 
producing for monday the 22.
