[Imc-radio] Tape of Sept. 13 UPTV hearing

I made a tape of today's (Sept. 13) UPTV hearing, which focused mostly 
on the issues raised by the DN request. There is a small bit at the 
beginning where Kim Kranich spoke on the siezing of the VEYA tape and 
then put off the VEYA issues until next Monday. The sound quality will 
probably be a little marginal, but it is available for anyone who needs 
it. I placed it in the Radio group's mailbox at the IMC.
