[Imc-radio] WEFT Funding

Hey Radio Folks,

I'd like to request funding from WEFT for some of the expenses of 
airing the UCIMC News on UPTV.  I am planing on airing it as an 
individual member of UPTV.  I believe that by syndicating  a program 
that is broadcast by WEFT, it is worth at least some of the cost of the 
distribution.
