Late information indicates that another room is also available in this 
round of tenanting.

A current tenant on the second floor is interested in sub-leasing their 
space. The same deadlines, general info, and caveats noted for the 
basement rooms apply, except that this room is not in the basement.

The second floor room available for sub-letting is $300/month. It is 
about 300 SF and has large windows with a nice view to the east. The 
room was recently painted, has great lighting, and rather luxurious blue 
carpet. The most convenient entrance is through the Elm St. stairwell, 
although it can also be accessed from the south entrance to the 
building. Bathroom and janitor facilities are conveniently located just 
a few steps down the hall from its lockable door.

If you are interested in this room, please submit a proposal to 
space at ucimc.org before 5pm on Nov. 30 for consideration at the Space 
meeting that evening.
