[Imc-tech] won't be at meeting

Hey folks, I spent much more time at the Focus 580 20th anniversary today 
then I expected, therefore getting behind at work, so I won't be at the 
tech meeting tonight, or I'll be late.

However, the time was far from wasted.  I did ask NPR Prez Kevin Klose 
about low-power FM during the show and had a longer talk with him at the 
reception after, which was interesting.  I hope to write it up and post 
more details later tonight
