[Imc-tech] 2 bugs.

after publishing news stories, when i click on the "return to main page 
link" it is still popping up a download program instead of returning me to 
the main page.

also, i just published a story (at 10:20), but it doesn't seem to be on the 
main page (even after reloading a couple times and waiting about 10 
minutes).  is there some sort of delay that's been implemented?  is anyone 
doing anything with the site right now that might have deep-sixed the 
story?  strangely enough, i got the imc-summary e-mail, it just doesn't 
seem to be appearing on the newswire.
