UCIMC Tech Team,

Based on discussions at our Wed night tech meeting, Ellen and I made
the following changes to the web site:

1) Merkinized the groups entry form (from the original Aussie):
	groups/entryform.inc
2) Made groups text color readable:
	local/groups/groups.inc
3) Restored the cities file:
	local/include/cities.inc
4) Added "events" and "groups"; deleted "download fliers" from header:
	local/include/imcfront-header.inc
5) Added "events" and "groups" to left sidebar:
	local/include/sidebar.inc
