[Imc-tech] EMERGENCY SITE FIX NEEDED NOW!!!

i've had no problems, but we've been getting complaints from multiple
people who've been trying to register and keep getting a bad link.  i'm
not sure where the "%20" in dan's message popped up from -- it wasn't on
the page or in the source that i was looking at.

could someone also remove the disclaimer that the site only works with IE
-- it should now work with both.
