It works fine with Netscape 4.78.

There is *no difference* between these two URLs.  However, if you had
looked at the HTML, you would have seen the bogus URL:
	http://che.onthejob.net/%7Esascha/imcregistration.html%20
							      ^^^
Fixed.  Does it work for you now?
