[Imc-tech] EMERGENCY SITE FIX NEEDED NOW!!!

The link to the Indymedia Regional Gathering is still broken -- works fine
in IE, but not in netscape.  When you move the mouse over the link, it
shows up correctly, but the source code is incorrect.  I thought this had
been fixed, but please change the link from:

<a href="http://che.onthejob.net/%7Esascha/imcregistration.html">

to:

<a href="http://che.onthejob.net/~sascha/imcregistration.html">

[NOTE: the change from "%7E" to "~"]


This needs to be done ASAP!

Also, making the Regional Gathering info our lead story would be a good
idea.
