[Imc-tech] groogroo.com domain

the groogroo.com domain was down for several hours tonight due to its
master DNS server (not in my control) being down.

The only effect this had on IMC stuff is that lists.groogroo.com
didn't work (though mail sent to listname at ucimc.org still worked
fine.) lists.cu.groogroo.com still worked fine as an alias. 

I am currently working to move all services that I offer away from
relying on the groogroo.com domain so we aren't relying on random
outside people.
