did anyone get back to you on this?  we ask that people be responsible for
damage to our equipment (beyond normal wear and tear) while it's in their
possession.  i was unclear from your e-mail if you yourself dropped it, or
if it was dammaged when you got it.  if the former, and you are willing, i
would ask that you have it repaired; if the latter, you can bring it to
be fixed and the IMC will pay for the repairs.

either way, let me and the tech group know what's happening with our
bumped and bruised MD buddy.
