[Imc-tech] IRC meeting suggestion:

i think it would be _very_ productive to have a webpage with updates,
important announcements, roll calls, etc. for the network IRC meeting.
several things could be organized on a page of this sort:

1. chatroom links
2. summaries
3. roll calls

the other important reason for this sort of set up would be that we could
refer late-commers to various discussions to the page to get caught up; it
would provide documentation of what transpired; and it would allow
participants to see what is happening in other discussions.

what do folks think?  and, more importantly, do we have to people to make
something like this happen?  currently, i'm thinking it would be a wiki of
sorts that chatroom facilitators would update in real time,
