I just checked, and the unitedforpeace domain name servers are not
responding, so the site itself may be reachable if you know the IP
address, which I don't.

If the people at UnitedForPeace (although I did like your
UnitedForPeach typo!) are hacked, and want us to mirror, they could
send us a tar.gz of their site content.  Do you have contacts there?
However, as I said, it would be extremely difficult to mirror active
content.
