AFAICT, you can't turn an existing article/feature into a razor.
Instead, click on the "List" button of the Razorwire you've created,
and then click "Add a razor" and then fill out the form.  You can link
razors to existing articles, but not to existing features, so if you
want the things you made features to be razors, you need to
un-featurize them.  This is the logic of razors; you have "normal
features" but for a brief while you have a "extra special" feature (a
razor) at the top which links together a lot of important articles.
