just thought i'd forward this to yall, since it's sure sounds like SPAM
DAN to me.  His usual retorts to our attempts to have him pay attention to
the website use policy.  of course, the end of the message where he
actually says that i should post an apology within the next few days or
else he's threatening to take his energy elsewhere (presumably not on the
imc global network) gives me hope, and encouragement to remain silent
(seeings how i was gonna respond and point out all his errors so far).

any comments as to if this is really the same DAN?  I'm more than
convinced just by nature of the articles he's posted to the IMC-process
list (all anti-zionism) and then to those folks who respond to him
saying that the process list is not a newswire he flames accusing them of
"silencing" him.  true, i don't have the "smoking gun" he claimed i didn't
have earlier (unless yall tech heads can actually link him to our spam).
but given that he's rather relentless about me pointing out that someone
who has his language and behavior was spamming (er, still is) our website,
i kinda want to fry his words with "evidence".  but, that's probably
wishful.

minutes to see the nonstop display of spamming creativity going on there.

As far as the other comments on this digest? By far the most praiseworthy,
in my humble, etiquitized opinion, is from Ted, who I would be glad to
Spouncier anytime I have the $$. So get me a Grant and you'll be in showbiz!

For some reason all one hundred and nineteen of the rest of the assembled
throng seem to have missed the point. Let us review the record.

I had no interest in the IMC process list until problems developed at IMC
Palestine and somebody thought I should re-post what I had posted on the
IMC-P lists and site to the process list. I did so, and returned a few times
to review any comments on what I had posted.

Then as I remember -- I'm going to go back and check but this is off the top
of my head, so I reserve the right to revise and extend my remarks if my
recall turns out to be faulty? -- next thing is I see this stuff about this
Fraud Foundation grant. Then I see that Urbana Champagne is involved; they
are trying to do an enron as the football fans say around the rest of IMC
and get their hands on the geetus, which will make them automatically the
Central Node of IMC, since they will be arranging the accomodations and
giving out the tickets, picking the airline, the hotel, the caterer...

So having been through these kinds of games a million times in the last five
decades or so, I think I have an obligation to alert the IMC kiddies to the
game, plus let them know what my educated sense of Political Thrust tells me
about the U-C collective.

So what happens? First we get the repost of the great graphics job -- the
one that outed my personal name, tried to out what the poster thought was my
family -- obviously the work of a totally unscrupulous zionist-terrorist
trying to frighten me into silence.

Next we get a bunch of unfounded allegations by this Brian Hagy, who claims
without a scintilla of evidence that I have been spamming "his" site heavily
and repeatedly over some period of time.

So I am faced with all these allegations that I am some kind of a "racist"
since I have said rude things about the cretinous majority of US Jews who
continue to actively or passively support Gen Sharon and company, and have
prevented any kind of rational discussion of the issue for the last twenty
years that I have been involved with it, and for decades before.

So what happens? Does my friend the Red Kitten weigh in to say: "Wait a
minute -- charging somebody with being an antisemitical spammer is pretty
serious -- what evidence do you have?"

No, this does not happen. So I am left to defend my reputation and my
opinions as best I can.

So I come across some material authored by a Jew for whom I have unlimited
respect and admiration. And I decide to post it as part of a demonstration
that I am in fact not down on All Jews, just those who actively or passively
support the actions of the "state of isreal".

So what happens next? I get an email written in a very snotty tone telling
me that since I have colored outside the lines, I'm a bad boy. To tell the
truth I thought it had been written by some machine or robot. But I guess in
the good obedient children subculture that seems to characterize at least
this part of the IMC network, everybody normally just does what they are
told? Without even asking who is giving the orders?

This reminds me of the mentality of those who when the Policeman says "You
can't demonstrate this close to the White People's House, step back on the
curb" just automatically step back without even bothering to ask: "Officer,
if I just stand right here, will I be arrested?"

So what happens next? I send a rude reply to this rude insulting emailer.
And I am deluged with emails wondering how I dared to be so disrespectful.

A couple of the people who sent me emails were courteous enough that I
replied and tried to explain what I was so "ticked" off about. I think it
was a waste of time, because I see little sign that any of them understood
what I was trying to pull their coats to.

So unless I see at least a few voices raised in the next day or two asking
Mr Hagy to put up or retract and apologize -- not that that would really
redress all my grievances against you Silent Invisible One Hundred and
Twenty Civilized Folks -- but it would be a start -- Unless there are a few
out there that see that it is I, Dan, qb, cuibono, who is the injured party,
and not your sacred 'rules of etiquity' I will take my energy elsewhere.
I've managed to survive this long without the hundred and twenty of you, and
I will trust to the Great Spirit that I will survive at least a bit longer
once you are but a fading memory.

Just one parting caution: the longer you stick with this liberal attitude
toward the zionist adders in your bosom, the more you will regret not having
paid more attention.
