[Imc-tech] imc gateway misbehavior

It appears that the gateway @ IMC does not run any of the
/usr/sbin/ipmasqadm lines in /etc/init.d/networking at boot. However,
they *are* run when I

# ( /etc/init.d/networking stop ; /etc/init.d/networking start ) 

any ideas why? It is annoying, having to re-establish port-forwarding
to the IMC wireless node after the gateway reboots.
