[Imc-tech] spamassassin upgraded

You'll be happy to learn that I've installed version 2.50 of
spamassassin on imsahp (the cu.groogroo.com/chambana.net/ucimc.org
server). 

This version of spamassassin contains many new rules to catch some of
the spam that has been slipping through lately and it also has a
bayesian learning algorithm that allows it to dynamically learn what
spam looks like so it will get better and better at detecting spam. I
will be training the learner over the next few days.
