[Imc-tech] Win2k security woes

Hi all,
	It has to do with the software needing direct access to the
hardware, which I belive requires Administrator.  Is there an 
equivalent to sudo or setuid, that would allow 
one program to be run as administrator, without giving
the user general administrator priveleges?
