[Imc-tech] update on DSL

You may have noticed that the DSL has been up and down a lot since
yesterday morning. I guess SBC/Ameritech just upgraded a bunch of
equipment yesterday and it's breaking the DSL. Sol Tec's DSL techs are
down at SBC/Ameritech working it out as we speak. I don't know when it
will be fully resolved but I've been told "very soon".
