[Imc-tech] Media Gallery

Since we need to leave the Media Gallery on to avoid disabling other 
features with Dada, it should work. A post was made yesterday by thorn 
with three pics, but these didn't show up in the Media Gallery. Instead, 
we are just showing a blank stand-in for media at the top right of the 
main page. This problem became an issue after Sascha cleaned up the 
mainpage, so it may be related to that in some way.
