[Imc-tech] downtime

[Zachary C. Miller]

I had some unexpectedly long downtime on groogroo today because my
power supply burned out (I powered the machine down on purpose and it
wouldn't power back up). I've replaced it with one from another less
important computer and now everything is back up and fine.
