That is controlled by the database backing contact.indymedia.org.  Your
IMC should have a rep that has authenticated access to edit your IMC's
listing for a variety of information of interest to the global IMC
network.  If you have no rep, as is the case with quite a few IMCs, then
you should encourage your IMC to come up with one.
