Hey all,

Just wanted to let everyone know that I've given Danielle the go-ahead to
unlease her business savvy on sol tec to get the IMC's DSL line fixed.
The downtime has caused numerous problems, to a small extent to wireless
network users, but more importantly, to IMC staffers and producers. Given
the analyses done by multiple folks the problem looks to be of the
following nature:

1. Sol Tec is having problems

and/or

2. The line coming into the IMC is having problems -- might be Sol Tec or
might be SBC

and/or

3. Something has failed due to the weather

and/or

4. The equipment at the IMC has failed in a truly spectacular (and
innovative) way -- though this is highly unlikely

So Danielle "mad dog" Chynoweth is on the case.

The IMC's DSL connection has now been inoperable for about a week.
