[Imc-tech] downtime, again

If you noticed some downtime at the IMC and on my server, this was
another, different, Sol Tec-wide outage. They were doing a software
update (nice of them to let us know!).

The optimist in me hopes that this software upgrade was a fix for
whatever caused the LAST outage. Perhaps things will be stable again
soon.
