indeed, our dynamic IP is in the http://combined.njabl.org dynamic IP block list 
(and lord only knows how many others).  which means that e-mails to various 
locations that utilize that will be automatically bounced.  clearly we need to 
be in contact with Insight and explain to them that our servers are totally 
FUBARed by their service and that then need to get us a static IP ASAP.
