[IMC-Tech] Mailman issues

Tech,

Is there any known issue with Mailman currently?  We've been experiencing
longer and longer delays in delivery of our messages on our three
bookstoprisoners lists lately and sometimes they take days, which is not
effective for us at all.  Is this a know issue?  If so, is it being
prioritized?
