[IMC-Tech] root access to groogroo

he doesnt need root access for that.  he and i have been discussing
the wiki.  as soon as i got back from san diego (cuwin) i was to set
it all up for him (tuesday).  i will do that right now.  i will make
sure he has perms to the directory the wiki is in so he can garden it
to his hearts delight.  if there are other reasons why he needs to
have root permissions then i am sure we can work that out.
