all set... i created the list and an alias to the list.  you can submit 
messages to the list either by mailing 
btp-keystaff at lists.books2prisoners.org or keystaff at books2prisoners.org.  
to sign up on the list go to 
http://lists.books2prisoners.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/btp-keystaff and to 
admin it go to http://lists.chambana.net/cgi-bin/admin/btp-keystaff.  i 
will send you the default list password in a separate email.  please 
change this on your first login.
