[IMC-Tech] setting meeting time and agenda...

Hey all,

I just lurk and have only come to a few meetings, but as a user of our
hosting (books2prisoners.org), I'd like to request that a remedy to the
hourly web server bounces be considered.  It's only down for a few minutes
an hour but it is becoming increasingly painful as we continue to have more
users rely on the tools on our site.  We certainly appreciate the free
hosting, but I'm sure this is an issue for other accounts as well and hope
that this issue can be prioritized accordingly.
