Hi Mark,

I told you to ask Carl Estabrook to send you a copy, this is where I got
mine. In any case I would be willing to come by your show Thursday 6pm?
to talk further. I was out of town and out of email for the past week.

By the way if you didnt' think WEFT is your and a few others coffee shop,
you would call the WEFT renovation "our renovation" (accusing Randall he
damaged it by unilaterally putting his "ugly" as you called it Volunteer
Board on there).

If you and others didn't think WEFT is their private coffee
shop/corporation Dave Witzany wouldn't discourage Randall and hence all
WEFTIES to not poke around encouraging volunteerism beyond the
narrow, elitistic and kind of secluded realm of WEFT's committees.

Also, if you and a few others that happen to occupy key positions in the
administration at WEFT, didn't consider WEFT their private playground
wouldn't ignore the motion of the Asociates to the Board to stop the
banishment and substitute it wth conflict resolution. Conflict Resolution
which is meant to perpetuate the coflict consists the wrong premise for a
solution of this issue.

Also, if you and others didn't consider WEFT as your own private ocffee
house wouldn't take recourse on the Associate's decisions only when
seemingly favor your agenda. For example both you and Steve Scherr tried
to claim that Randall not getting reelected meant support fro the
banishment... and basically tried to anticipate any future election
results within WEFT regarding Randall, or whoever else. Nentheless you
forgot very conveniently to take recourse on the December overwhelming
decision of the Associates to the Board to stop the banishment.

This indeed shows that deep inside of some of the people who pull the
strings within WEFT the hierarchical "corporation" model for WEFT, with
closed meetings, closed doors, vindictive behaviour etc,etc is the modus
vivendi.

Hence the ABSOLUTE need for CROW. I will be glad to see you hop along
CROW, but I'm not convinced you believe in what CROW advocates. I will
forward you Carl's message with CROW's mission statement, even thogh you
shold have taken the initiative and ask Carl (not me!!) to send it to you.

More when we meet in person.

Always friendly,
Yannis
