[IMC-Tech] mailman site password

Somehow the mailman sitewide password got changed. I have changed it
back.

Did someone do this? Did we get hacked? Did the file it was in just
get corrupted? Any light anyone can shed would be great. I don't
expect any of you to actually know, I'm just casting these questions
out on the off chance that someone remembers running the "mmsitepass"
command.
