[IMC-Tech] Public access computer

We have agreed to have a single public access computer in the
library area for note taking at meetings and otherwise for
general use. There is a long connected ethernet cable behind
the furniture on the library north wall that can be used to
put the computer anywhere in the library. The consensus was
that only one should be placed in the library area.

There was talk of putting a second public access computer
in the nook to the left as you walk into the main ground
floor space, but this is not nearly as important as the
library computer.

We already have a number of computers in the cellar that are
on the internet.
