[IMC-Tech] Running Cable for internet into the building...

Hey all,
So turns out that old shoddy looking green telco box in the ground on the
northwest corner of the building property is a working insight cable line.
This means that they can run cable to our building. The we have a couple
paths laid out on getting the line run into the basement. My concern is
what the city will allow us to have visible. If someone can get me the "dos
and don'ts" that would be awesome. An insight rep. is going to swing by at
1PM on Monday to run over their service agreement with us. This document
will need to be signed before we can get a schedule date for installation.
Who is authorized to sign this (if not I)? Being that there is no line
needed to be run by them to this location, just a jumper from their box to
the inside, there are no known *extra* install fees. The monthly fee will
be $160/month for 6Mbps download and 1Mbps upload (unmetered). This is, in
my opinion, the best deal we can get in town. Following Mondays meeting I
will have a date the tech group can work with to finish the installation.
