this was a small issue of there not being a lists a record on our
secondary dns server pointing to imsahp *resolved*.  i still need to
get colo to properly slave imsahp.  jason (last ojc admin) and i had
started this... i will add it to my list of things to finish up now
that i have access to colo.

we have a rooters group that recieves summary emails regarding system
changes and alerts.  imc-tech admins dont recieve emails from colo
because its owned by ojc.
