[IMC-Tech] Content Configuration

Since someone was complaining about it, I looked into the method for 
posting pictures. I did manage to create an image gallery, but can't 
figure out how to put anything in it. I can't figure out how to post 
pics, except that the module for images under "content types" doesn't 
seem to be enabled. I'd do it myself, but I don't want to f anything up 
in the process.

Any ideas?
