[IMC-Tech] zeco downtime

There was unscheduled downtime earlier today on the few websites
currently hosted on zeco, the new webserver, including new.ucimc.org.
This was my fault, and due to porting database info from imsahp (the old
webserver) to zeco. Everything should be back up now, but if anyone
notices any issues with new.ucimc.org, especially permissions and
database problems, let me know and I'll get them straightened out
immediately.
