Barry's got some good points. These are the dog days of summer, with 
lots of people out of town. Keep people informed of when the meetings 
are. I'll bet they draw more interest in the future. Weekly may be too 
often, but it's good to have F2F time available on a regular basis.

You may also want to CC the RFU list, in addition to the IMC list.
