 Could you create the below three new accounts for chambana.net (zeco),
and make each of these three new users members of the group:
   bike 
?

  All three people are current and active members of The Bike Project of
Urbana-Champaign; all would like chambana.net accounts so they can work
on thebikeproject.org .
