[UCIMC-Tech] email block

Hi Folks,

a friend's message to my radlib at ucimc.org email acct got bounced back 
for some reason. She had attached a pdf article from Bitch Magazine that 
perhaps got blocked by the ucimc filter? Any suggestions?
