[UCIMC-Tech] new chambana.net page: corrections and clarifications

Both of these refer to http://www.chambana.net/services 

1) In the list of questions for a colocation request, shouldn't we
change "Are you local to the Seattle area?" to "Are you local to the
Champaign-Urbana area?"

2) In the colocation suggested donation table, are they per year? month?
day? hour?  My guess would be year, as that is what the other hosting
services are, but we should alter this time to properly convey the term.
