[IMC-Tech] admin policy and privileges

IMC-Tech:

I would like to state that to the best of my knowledge I have been a
member of IMC-Tech since September of 2006.  I have found it difficult
to follow the policies of the group, as I have never been presented with
those policies, and I believe that those policies are selectively
enforced.  At this point all I want is my data off the servers, and the
permissions necessary to do so while I accomplish this.
