Hi Matt,

If this is true then I sincerely apologize for my misapprehension of
your status as an IMC member, and we could speak about rectifying the
situation. In the meantime, I fixed the permissions on the CUWiN
directories (a mistake on my part), and if you want to identify any
other files that are inaccessible to you I can make them available.
